Designing products
and services that fit

Research, then design, then the thing that ships.
I’m a product designer with [8+] years of building software before that, which is why what I design tends to get built. I work from evidence: instrumented products, interviews, journey maps, and a daily research feed where I can set one up.
Recent work: Iliad (YC), designing the UX of an AI-native graphics product; [one line on Gateway/port work]. Based in [city, MT]; remote by default.
